River Cottage 1 - 29 The Wharfage, Ironbridge
This cottage has a delightful large living/dining area with a leather sofa and additional easy seating, dining table for 4 people, T/V and DVD player, music system (CD/radio), walking guides, a range of books and games. The flooring is oak boards with rugs. There is a large inglenook fireplace with attractive multi-fuel stove (logs and coal provided).
The kitchen area is open to the lounge, with a full range of equipment.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one to the rear with 2 pretty windows (one mullioned) and twin beds. All beds are hand made. Flooring is wood with rugs.
In addition, the bathroom leads from the landing, having a large, modern 'bath/shower' with a shower unit and a sizeable bath in which to have a 'soak'.
Outside there is a pretty south facing sun terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
River Cottage 2 - 30 The Wharfage, Ironbridge
This cottage has a slightly different layout to 29. It has an enclosed, cosy living room with a multi-fuel stove in an inglenook fireplace. In the lounge you will find a leather sofa and additional seating plus music and television systems to the same specification as those available in 29. This cottage has a small separate kitchen/dining room (with a dining table and seating for 4 people) and a half glazed stable door to outside (leading to steps around the back and side of the cottages).
Upstairs there are again 2 bedrooms, the front with a double bed and the rear having twin beds, all beds are full sized and hand made. Flooring is fitted carpeting, with cushion flooring in the bathroom.
The bathroom in this cottage has a large, walk in shower.
Outside, there is again a south facing sun terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
